How to Search Audit Information
Audits are broken down into three types: General Logs, Security Audits, and Financial Audits. General Logs relate standard point-of-sale activity; Security Audits pertain to permission-based activities and login/logoff; and Financial Audits deal with Batches, Transactions, Refunds, and more.
Click Transactions in the Navigation Menu and then select Audits. To search by Date, select the Date field and select the Date Range of your choosing. To search by all Registers, ensure that All Registers is selected in the Register Drop Down Menu.
To search by Event, select the type of your choosing in the All Events drop box. If you’d like to search by a certain Location, select a specific Location in the Location Drop Down.
