How To Automatically Create Screen Layout Buttons From the Item Library

To create Screen Layout Buttons for every Category, Subcategory, and Group with Items in it, begin by selecting Items on the left side of the Navigation Menu, and then choose Screen Layouts from the listings. On the Screen Layouts page, select the Create, Duplicate& Layout Options tab, located on the top right of the screen, and then choose Create Screen Layouts from the dropdown menu that appears.

The portal will scan through each Category, Subcategory, and Group and if there is at least one Item organized within it, a Screen Layout Button will be automatically created. You can view, edit, and sort these Screen Layouts on the Screen Layouts page.

Note:

If you have any Screen Layouts at any of your locations, pressing the Auto Create Layouts from Categories button will result in any existing Screen Layouts being overwritten with the set of automatically created Screen Layouts based on your Item Library.

2. Click the Download, Update & Layout Options tab in the top right corner of the screen, and then choose Auto Create Layouts from Categories from the listings
