How to Add a Role

To Add a Role begin by Selecting Settings on the left side of the Timeclock Navigation Screen, and then choose Roles from the listings. One the Roles Page select the Add Role button, located on the top right side of the screen. This will take you to the Add Roles page.

One the Add Roles screen fill in the Name, Pay Type, Tip Option, and then select the Save button, located on the bottom right side of the screen to save the Role.

Name:

This is the name of the Role that is being added.

Pay Type:

Hourly: If the Role is an hourly position, this is the option you would choose.

Salary: If the Role is a salary position, this is the option you would choose.

Tip Option:

If you choose for this Role to accept Tips, select the checkbox on the left side of the Allow Tips Option. If this Role does not require Tips, simply leave the checkbox unselected.
