How to Add a Shift

To Add a Shift for an employee, select Shifts on the left side of the Timeclock Navigation Menu. Next, on the Shifts page locate the employee you would like to add a shift to, and then select the View Timesheet Icon, represented by a Calendar Icon on the left side of the employee's name. This will direct you to the Timesheet page.

On the Timesheet page, select the Add Shift button, located on the top right side of the screen. This will cause Add Shift a pop-up to appear.

When the pop-up appears, Assign a Role for the employee, the clock in and out times, the tips and also add any breaks that needed. Select the Save button to save the shift for the employee. You may also select the Cancel button to return to the Timesheet screen.
