How To Automatically Create Item Screens

To create Item Screens for every Category, Subcategory, and Group with Items in it, begin by selecting Items on the left side of the Navigation Menu, and then choose Item Screens from the listings. On the Item Screens page, select the Create, Duplicate& Layout Options tab, located on the top right of the screen, and then choose Create Item Screens from the dropdown menu that appears.

The portal will scan through each Category, Subcategory, and Group and if there is at least one Item organized within it, a Item Screen will be automatically created. You can view, edit, and sort these Item Screens on the Item Screens page.

Note:

If you have any Item Screens at any of your locations, pressing the Auto Create Layouts from Categories button will result in any existing Item Screens being overwritten with the set of automatically created Item Screens based on your Item Library.

2. Click the Download, Update & Layout Options tab in the top right corner of the screen, and then choose Auto Create Screens from Categories from the listings
